Hooman Khoshnood is a veteran bankruptcy attorney with over 20 years of experience, originally from Georgia and now proudly serving clients across Texas.
He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2003 after studying Philosophy. Fully licensed to practice law in both Georgia and Texas, Hooman recently relocated to the Lone Star State to help individuals and families achieve financial recovery and debt relief.
Before founding Hooman Khoshnood Law PC, Hooman built a thriving bankruptcy practice in Atlanta, Georgia — assisting thousands of clients for over 14 years across Chapter 7, Chapter 13 bankruptcy, civil litigation, debt lawsuit defense, and debt settlement.
He also served as in-house counsel for an international electronics manufacturing company, overseeing litigation and private equity investments across the U.S., China, and Mexico. Beyond law, Hooman is a published author, artist, and educator — his artwork has been exhibited in Atlanta, New York City, and Barcelona. He speaks Farsi and Italian fluently, and is currently studying French and Spanish. He also teaches part-time at Austin Community College.
